Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Chaser, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using Chaser on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. The service
Chaser is a software platform that helps SaaS businesses recover failed credit-card payments through automated dunning email sequences, hosted card-update pages, and analytics.
3. Your account
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Chaser to send unsolicited bulk email, to infringe intellectual-property rights, to engage in fraudulent activity, or to violate any applicable law. We may suspend accounts that violate this section.
5. Billing and refunds
Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated in a separate written guarantee. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
6. Customer data
You retain all rights to the data you submit to Chaser ("Customer Data"). You grant us a limited license to process Customer Data solely to provide and improve the service. We handle Customer Data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7. Third-party services
Chaser integrates with third-party services such as Stripe. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or behavior.
8. Disclaimers
Chaser is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee a specific recovery rate beyond any written guarantee we publish separately.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chaser's total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time from the dashboard.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to account owners by email.
