- What counts as tracked volume?
- Tracked volume is the monthly recurring revenue Chaser monitors through your Stripe connection: active subscription invoices and renewals. One-off charges and non-recurring payments are ignored by default, so you only pay for the revenue you are actually protecting.
- What happens if I cross my tier's cap?
- You move up to the next tier the following month. There are no overage fees, no service interruptions, and no surprise invoices. Crossing the cap is growth, not a penalty, and we will flag it in-app before billing changes.
- How many seats do I get on each plan?
- Micro-SaaS and Starter include 1 seat. Growth includes 3 seats. Pro includes 10 seats. Seats are full operator accounts with their own login, permissions, and audit trail.
- Which plans include Cancellation Recovery?
- Cancellation Recovery is included on Starter, Growth, and Pro. That covers the hosted cancel page, reason capture, MRR-lost analytics, and the save rules engine. Micro-SaaS focuses on the prevention and recovery engine for early-stage volume.
